How long does shipping take?
We ship across India! Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. All orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that customized items cannot be returned. Contact us at info@beattrangi.com to initiate a return.

Yes! We use 100% real natural flowers that are carefully handpicked, dried, and preserved. Each flower is then encased in premium quality resin to protect it while showcasing its natural beauty. Because we use real flowers, each piece has slight variations making it truly unique.
Can I customize my order?

While our resin-encased jewellery is water-resistant, we recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure. Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or washing hands. This helps maintain the shine and longevity of your piece.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. We're working on expanding our shipping to international locations. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available!
How long will the real flowers last?
With proper care, our preserved flower jewelry lasts for years without fading or deteriorating. The flowers are carefully dried and sealed in resin, protecting them from moisture and air. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at info@beattrangi.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority!
